At this point I don't even know where it is at in the process. How long does it take and what kind of notice will I get? How many days will I have to relocate??
Your best bet is to talk with y our 2nd mortgage holder and see if y ou cannot work something out. Have you done this? Aew you presently able to make the payments? Can you pay More? Talk with them...they want the $$$ not the house. Start NOW!
