Been burned a bit, it seems. Yes, forums like this have both investors and people being foreclosed on as well as lenders, Realtors and others interested in the field.

Name calling any members really isn't appropriate. Many here have offered good, no cost advice to those who ask. Not everyone works on the sole principal of "what's in it for me".
