If your home is considered non-agricultural, there could be a three month redemption period... meaning that you can redeem your property within 90 days from the date of the sale by bringing new money (sale or refi)to the table, and paying off your old mortgage plus whatever else must be paid.

You can check when the Certificate of Sale was recorded against your deed. That starts the redemption clock.

If you don't redeem,the title will pass from you to the new owner... and the new owner will ask that you move out.
