Foreclosure surplus

Ohio. My friends are having their house foreclosed and they are out of the country. They have a foreclosure overbid/surplus and would like me to handle it for them. What documents do I need for the Court and what documents, if any, do I need for a title company (if that's necessary). Please let me know. Thank you.
