HELP HELP HELP!!!
I own a three bedroom home in chicago, illinois. I am currently behind 3 monthly payments. I filed a chapt. 13 plan last year and was responsible for making mortgage payments. Mortgage Co. has sent notice of intent to dismiiss the chapt.13 and I tried to call them and see what I could do to save my home and they informed me that I would have to wait until the chap. 13 is dismissed and then I need to talk to loss mitigation dept. However I'm still worried I don't know what to do.
