Repayment plan

I live in Ohio. I have repeatly sent a workout sheet via fax and snail mail. Friday I got a hold of a rep at the bank and she told me additional info was needed. SHe also stated even if I got caught up under OHio law the bank had the right to begin foreclosure at any time and also just because I faxed and mailed the info they requested did not mean they would acknowledge it. She hung up when I requested to speak to a supervisor.
