tenant in house in foreclosure

Hello out there! No I haven't received any answers and am just preparing to move since the owner of house will not return my calls or anything. I can get no kind of response at all from him. I am upset but what else can I do? He has until Jan 06, 2006 to redeem or sell the mortgage. I am not willing to wait until the dead of winter and take the chance of getting evicted. Please help with whatever info you can provide in this situation. Thank you.
