Now is not the time that you should be starting
research on the laws and statues of your state. You
need to know all this stuff cold, before you go to
auction. First, start by reading the eviction law for
Ohio. Generally after the title has been transferred,
you can post your three day notice to quit. After
that you will have to start eviction.
