Ex-Wife's Hose Being Foreclosed On

I got a divorce over two years ago. I gave my ex-wife the house and the court documents outlined that she was to pay the mortagage payments and make a reasonable effort to re-finance the house in her name (the house was financed in both of our names). She is 6 months late on the payment. If the house is foreclosed on how will this affect my credit, and is their anything I can do? I live in Georgia.
