Forclosed on, moved out, can we get it back?

I went through a very messy divorce, she caused me to lose my job since I was in charge of a city I had to step down. Out of work, attorney's fees and so on I ran into some problems, relocated for a new job and used a company that does the rent to own program to get someone in to rent the property, well I was already behind almost three months I tried to work something out but they foreclosed anyway. The homes has sat vacant for months I am about 10 months behind. Is there anyway they will work something out with me I want my home back. On the appraisal district website I am not even listed as a prior owner. A company named Mortgage Elec Regis Sys Inc? I have no idea who to contact? Please help????
