: : I was wondering how you would find out about the shariff sales that are going on in your area? Is there a listing of properties that are selling each week or month? Is the sale monthly or weekly? How does the bidding work? I know that you have to be able to show that you have 10% of the moragae to qualify to bid but does this mean that the bidding starts at the morgage price?

No need to wonder anymore! Got your answer.

You can go to your local sheriff or referee and ask them for their public list of these sales.

The sales are run at different times and dates depending on the venue. You can ask the above office that info.

The first bid is made by the bank or the interested bidder then each interested party bids higher until the bidding stops, then the last bid wins.

You need 10% as the deposit, then depending on the venue, the balance incash by the end of day or month.

Sooo... you better have funds available or you will annoy alot of people.

AMERICAN RESCUE TRUST has a funding program that supports your finacial needs if you are a winner.

Good luck,

Frank
