thanks for the response. should i just call the second mortgage co and ask them if they will allow us to do a preforeclosure sale? also i cannot figure out why we got a postcard in the mail today from a company that claims to help you save your house. how in the world does that company know about out situation. and, we are not even in foreclosure, and are really only behind this month!!! i was furious to get this in the mail as it has blasted across the front of it "IT'S NOT TOO LATE TO SAVE YOUR HOUSE"!!!what an invasion of someones privacy!
