Alabama family leasing a house due to forclose

ok I am leasing a house I absolutly love...the landlord came by lastnight and said he couldnt afford the house anymore. he had two morgages, one USDA bought out the other one..and its forclosing march first..what are my rights? do I need to move before march first? will they just show up with the sheriff and boot me out?
