Nothing really changes for you other than the letterhead on mail you receive from your foreclosing lender. Wells Fargo has simply stepped into Ohio Savings Bank's shoes.
Any advances made by either lender to pay property taxes, forced placed insurance policy, etc., will be included and recovered via the foreclosure process.
If you have the $$ to stop the foreclosure, you can contact anyone on the foreclosure notices. They'll direct you to the appropriate contact person. Or, if you file bankruptcy, your lawyer will notify them to stop the foreclosure.
