I have already been d/c in a BK7. Would wells fargo look at a loan rehab for me to keep the home?

If not, wouldn't they then start a new forclosure process?

The BK7 made me not liable for any monies on the house due. If they wanted $$ for taxes, insurance, they would probably have to collect at the sale of the home, right?
