tax appraisal: 135.5
second: 17,000
first: 89,300
havent paid mort since may 2005
payment were 831.00 (including tax, ins)
mtg payment was 591.00

i have no idea what to do now! the home is in a high crime area, i really hate living here. i'll never get 135k, there are a lot of unsold program homes here, which mine is one, why buy used when you can get 30k+ in grants, ect to get a new home?
