I agree with you, Irwin.
Living here is emotionally draining. I have been looking for a place to move, without success. My BK lawyer is writing me a letter to show potential landlords. I am now debt free, pay all utilities and car, insurance, ect on time, all the time. Still, I can't find a place to live.
I want to live in a safe place, that is all.I have a couple of questions:
My homeowners insurance is up in may, who pays that? If I don't pay that and i am still living there, can I switch to renters insurance, since the bank will pay the insurance? Is that legal? HO insurance , esp afet a bk willbe very costly, I assume it will be double the price. My car ins was already rate jacket as well..had same company 10+ years, no accidents, no tickets....
