I have a second mortgage that was held by the previous homebuyer as a downpayment. We have had a disagreement and he is demanding the whole amount upfront.
He has had a lein on the property from the date of the original purchase.
He is threatening to foreclose, if he does can anyone tell me if he can take my home? It is a very small mortgage.
Help ... confused..
