We have a second mortgage on our property thru Beneficial. If we let our house "go" and it is foreclosed on, what do we owe Beneficial? Our 1st loan is a VA loan. We've only missed April's payment and are planning on making May's, but we are moving out of state and the market here is awful. Also, we have it listed with a realtor until October. What happens if we go through foreclosure?
