Thanks for your reply. I have power of attorney. Can I do this myself at the Probate Court? I thought I would have to go to a lawyer and pay him money which I don't have. I just got a call from the mortgage company saying the forebearance agreement was approved. I have to Western Union them $3,000 on Monday. The agreement is probably way over our heads, but, I guess it will buy me some time. I'm just wondering if it would be better for me to try to sell it now or to do a chapter 13 bankruptcy since my credit is to bad anyway. Would I be able to keep the house under the bankruptcy with lower payments? Thanks again for your help.
