All of this and there is still no guarantee [unless you're filing bankruptcy] that the court will postpone the foreclosure action or even rule in your favor...meanwhile, you've lost valuable time.
The most efficient action will come by way of a workout with your lender prior to the foreclosure action.
Which, based on the information already provided, is certainly doable. Even now.
