I am attempting to buy an REO posted on foreclosure listing service. However, when I call the bank who owns the property, they continually have me going in circles. When I spoke to their REO dept, they said that they didn't sell REOs. What is the proper process of acquiring an REO property from a bank. It seems that each bank I contact about foreclosures is always giving me the runaround. Thanks for any info.
