: I'm not sure what is meant by a "Short Sale"? I read a post somwehere about a "short sale", but the bank wanted them to get caught up before they would consider a Short Sale. Is this true in all cases? To be honest, if I had the money to pay the bank to reinstate the loan, I wouldn't be in Foreclosure. Thanks for your time and any information you can give me :-)
