I am in need of some info. I have a discharged chapter 7, I was able to keep my home, but I lost my job almost a year ago, my house is worth 70,000 but with a second mortage I owe a total of 96,000. I am getting married in a week, he has no claim in my house. If we were to get a new house under his credit and name.
