Bought a foreclosure home, what do I do next??

I'm in Florida and recently bought a foreclosure home. This is my first time buying a foreclosure home. A the moment I'm waiting for the city to issue me the title cerficate. Once I get the title, how can I be able to access to the property? Do I have to contact the previous owner to get the key? What are the steps I have to take in order to enter to the property legally?
