You might want to look at that a little closer. Assoc. liens in CA being foreclosed have their priority set from the NOD date. They are virtually always junior.I don't have legal cites in front of me on it, but Ward might. You might try mailing him.Another thing to keep in mind is that title insurance can be an issue for resale due to the involuntary nature of the lien.
