I have contacted a lender regarding a short sale. They have requested info from the seller (tax returns, etc.) They have requested a "net asset form" from the purchase transaction. I have never heard of this. Does anyone know what a "net asset form" is? The loan rep said that a realtor would know, though they do not. Thank you in advance
