What is the certificate of title?

I'm not so familiar in this investment business yet. However I already bought a foreclosure home in Florida. The Clerk of the Circuit Court will issue me a Cerficate of Title. Is that the same as the actual TITLE of property? Can I re-sale the property only with the cerficate of title? If not, please advise me.
