My husband and I were recently served with the beginning foreclosure papers. Among all the legal babble they had mentioned something about garnishing his wages. Is that possible? Is there anything we can do to stop that from happening? We don't care anymore if they take the house back. And have accepted this will happen. But for them to garnish his wages ... well if they do that how is a person supposed to live. I don't see how that can even be legal.
