I am renting a property, through a reality company, but the actual ownwer of the house.....hasn't been paying the morgage and its being forclosed. what does this mean to me as the renter???? any one know my options???
can I get out of the lease???
do I have to sign a new lease??
I would try to buy the place my self, but I don't feel it is worth the money. (I live in Indiana.) Thanks!!!
