In Feb. my sister asked if me and my family would move into her house to help her with her bills and 3 children. She had been recently divorced and her husband took everything but the house. they filed bankrupcy several years ago. she just lost custody of her children to the father and now she just wants to stop paying all bills to let her house go into foreclosure. Is there anything I can do to make sure my family is not out on the street? Can we work with the courts to keep the house?
