I know exactly what PLEASE HELP is going thru. We are 1 month behind, not even a full payment, and I am getting calls constantly from Conseco Finance. I hade 15 of them in a matter of 10 minutes. It is like this everyday. I tell them I can pay 1/2 this week and thw rest next wekk and I get yelled and screamed at and called a liar.Since I only paid 1/2 the payment I got another call and was told I was a liar and that they are going to start foreclosure and now I have to bring this months and next months that isnt even due yet up to date or we are out of her by the end of next month. We have owned our home for 10 years thru another bank and if we were to get behind they worked with us. We refinanced a few months ago with CF and made our first payment with no problems but our 2nd was a little harder since we didnt have the extra money that we had from not having to make a house payment the month after our closing. The extra money we saved by not having to make a house payment went towards the extra bills that we had that were some of bills that were to be PAID OFF in the refinancing only to be told, after the appraisal was done and paid for and telling the collecters to give me a few more weeks, we were refinaning and they would get their money, we were told that they CF just couldnt get us as much cash out as they thought and they could only refiance this much which left all the other bills unpaid after I promised to pay them. NOw I am getting phone calls from them creditors telling me that I lied to them. We had about $40,000 equity in our home only paid off about $53,000 in debts, includingthe house both cars, and borrowed $68,000....where did they other $13,000 go?????????? I also noticed that it looked like our house insurance was in escrow but they say they dont have escrow but the amount of our house insurance was added into the amount we were borrowing, but yet it was never paid.
PEOPLE PLEASE BE WARE OF FINANCIAL COMPAINES THAT CALL YOU!!!!!!!!! tHEY ARE BLOOD SUCKERS AND THEY WILL SUCK YOU DRY. I was told by our lawyers that they look for ppl with bad credit and hardship and that have a lot of equity in their home. They are not going to get my home, I will work my fingers to the bone to get caught up and will refinance and pay the penatly if I have to!!!!!!
