Most likely you are being sued for forceable retainer and
eviction. I am not up to speed on Texas law, but I would suggest
that you reach a rental agrement with the new owner, or get out
fast. If the retainer is granted, your stuff may end up out on
the street. Also the eviction can be posted on your credit report.
This will make getting a rental agrement more difficult and
expensive in the future.
