Sorry Sam, I rarely advise people to use a legal route with
such a dispute. I would suggest that you reach a cash-for-keys
agrement with the new owner. Try and sell the agrement to the
new owner as cheaper than the eviction or legal route. Also
try and get yourself a couple of weeks to find a new place to
live. If you go the legal route, the eviction could be placed
on your credit report, making it more expensive to rent in the
future.
