And where does Mom go, after the Trust takes the house?

If Mom rents the house back from the Trust, if that's how it works, she'll still have Brother. If Mom legally rents the house, the Trust can't kick out Brother against her wishes, can it? and if Mom wanted to go to a nursing home or something, she'd do that already?
