Texas forclosure

I have the second lean on a home and the people have missed a payment and bounced a check. What actions should I take to start a forclosure? Is there a site that has a place to maybe show what type of letter to send these people to inform them of the actions that will be taken if they dont make the payments? Thank for all help.
