you now know that befor you buy check with a title co in your area and check to see what kind of titles they will insure .another thing you might try is to contact a real estate lawyer and see if you can get a quiet Claim Deed. I beleive these are usally granted by a court.but you might have to go through a lawyer to petision the court. good luck!
