You can't please everyone. Just like you I guess. Until you understood what I was really talking about to our friend here, you wanted to judge my reasoning, and now that you understand my reasoning you want to critisize weather I do fair deals?

If you asked the many of hundreds from the homes I helped acquire, I'm sure they would say they received fairness.

So, with that said why don't you do yourself a favor and stop putting your foot in your mouth when you open it by making sure you understand what the true message is someone is trying to say when they make a post in this forum.
