I guess there is nothing wrong (illegal) with having online
bidding, we have some forms of this in Colorado. However
California trustee's auctions are normally called on site by
a professional auctioneer. The monies would still have to be
hand delivered to the trustee's office. Call up the trustee
for the county in question, and ask when an where they intend
to call this property. My guess is that this is not really a
trustee's auction, rather a private auction that put the word
"foreclosure" in there advertisements. If it is private,
close via escrow, do not send money blindly.
