In Ohio when a home is foreclosed and the bank wins at the sheriff sale, If the bank is a federally backed loan it becomes a hud home. At this time the information is transfered to a company called Michaelson, Connor, and Bohl. This company then handles the re-sale of the hud home and they do it via an online site, however, you can not place a bid to buy with them unless you have a licensed realtor place the bid for you.

I recomend you call your local hud office and ask if they have such a thing and then mention to them what you found.

By the way what is the site address for them anyway?
