I live in Dallas, TX I got a foreclosure list that gives you the owner the address the loan year and the loan amount. I'm finding property with less than five years left to pay, and tons of them with less tha ten years. But the problem is by the time I contact them they have already made a deal to sale. It just seems that to be in one place on one day is much more efficiant than to try to meet with and by from home owners.
