Put a Rent To Own sign in the front yard. Have the calls go to an answering machine that asks the callers to leave a name and number as well as the amount they have to put down should you decide to sell. Choose the best 3-4 and have them all come to the home at the same time with their check books. Take deposits and aps from all who want to give and then background check them and make your selection. Give the loosing parties their money. Keep the winners, sign up a contract and collect some rent. Pay the back portion of the note you currently have, and then move. Don't hesitate waiting on your employer. It could cost you your, home, credit and your job!
