Don't want to lose my condo. :(

I have a condo in tennessee and have just moved to Florida. Since the move (about three months ago) I have been running one month behind in my payments to my bank but have still been making regular monthly payments. I am also in chapter 13 because of some credit card debt.

Today I got a letter in the mail from my mortgage company saying that they are filing to become exempt from the chapter 13 so that they can foreclose because of the one month that I am behind. Is there anything I can do about it? Can I still save my condo? What can I do???
