someone please help me.... i am in a bit of a bind.. no one will buy our house it is not worth what we owe first of all second of all i don't know how to file bankruptcy or if that is the answer...???? me and my boyfriend can't afford it anymore so i guess my questions are:1 can we just file bankruptcy and get rid of the house? which chapter would i file....??2 what happens if we just walk away tell the mortgage comp that we are not paying anymore and to foreclose? can they garnish my wages if i do that????SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME WE NEED OUT WITHIN THE NEXT FEW MONTHS..... ANY ADVICE IS GREATLY APPRECIATED:)THANKS JULIE
