An excellant book that details the forclosure process is called "Your Fortunes In Forclosures" by Fredy Bush, Carl Hunter and Bruce Erb read this it is very insightful
: A carpenter that wants to get started in foreclosures or just purchasing destressed properties. Don't have much to start off with but need to grow a nest egg to support family. Where and how do I start off in Northern Illinois? Credit is tarnished from losing time from the long winters and no work and being laid off.
