Kathy
I wrote you an email in response to your situation.
Mike - Texas
I am going through a very ugly divorce and my house is scheduled for aution on July 1. I have been contacted by an investment company about purchasing my home. The only money I have left is a very large amount of equity in my home and I was depending on that to get on with my life. I do not know what to expect from the investor and am afraid of trusting them. Can anyone give me some sort of guide line to follow as far as what to expect?
