Foreclosure is a legal process . . . they can't just "unjustly or
improperly" foreclose. What's likely being reported is the loan
status, and yes, you're currently in foreclosure.

How you proceed from here is up to you.

In Texas, the process happens in a matter of weeks, so you have
no time to lose and whatever you decide to do, you must take
action quickly.

The letter is likely only the start. There will be a formal notice of
trustees sale that comes your way, and that notice will contain the
actual foreclosure sale date. But I haven't been in Texas in awhile
and do not recall the actual dates or times other than sales being
held on the 1st Tuesday of the month.

What bothers me is that June 3rd was in fact a Tuesday . . .

Call the attorney who sent you the letter and see if you can get
the straight story.
