What to do?

We moved to NC 1 year ago for a new job. We had the house in MS listed with 2 real estate agents for a year and a half. We have a had two offers that have fallen through. We have been renting here (which is almost as much as our house payment) and trying to keep up the payments, but in the next month or so, we will not be able to do both. The house in MS is vacant. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get out of this? I have contacted the lender and am waiting on some packet? What is my best alternative that will not kill our credit?
