Thank you. I actually think we have a buyer interested, although it is a fair bit below what we owe. I will apply for a short sale through the mortgage company and see what they'll allow me.

We were also considering selling it to them at that reduced price and then including the rest of what we owe in a bankruptcy. This would bypass the forclosure so that it wouldn't be on our credit (although the bankruptcy would), and would get rid of the house quickly and fairly easily.
