final judgement, seize property, garnish wages??? florida

I got screwed by my contractor, went to small claims court. the judge sided with contractor, dismised my counter claim. awarded contractor final judgement $3,800. Can the contractor seize my property? car, boat, bank accounts, etc? I don,t think he can take house. what about an appeal?
